REFUND POLICY

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Certain items such as personalized, customized, or plant-based (seed) products cannot be returned due to their perishable or custom nature.

Please contact us at enquiry@greengestures.comΒ before returning any items so we can provide the correct return instructions.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card companyβ€”it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank. Processing time can vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at enquiry@greengestures.comΒ with proof of purchase and images of the damaged product.
